Information we may collect

We may collect information you voluntarily share, including your name, phone number, email address, city, loan requirement, employment or business information, financial details and documents required to assess or facilitate a loan application.

How we use information

We may use your information to respond to enquiries, understand your stated requirement, assess possible lender routes, help prepare an application, coordinate with empanelled banks, NBFCs and authorised service providers, prevent fraud, maintain service records and meet applicable legal or regulatory obligations.

Processing and storage in India

Customer information collected directly by CI Fintech is processed and stored locally in India. We retain it only for as long as reasonably necessary for the stated purpose, contractual requirements and applicable law. If you choose to continue a callback request through WhatsApp or another third-party channel, that provider’s privacy practices also apply.

Consent and sharing

Where required, we seek your consent before sharing application information with a potential lender or authorised service provider. We do not sell customer data. Information may also be disclosed where required by law, regulation, court order or a lawful government request.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the information handled. No electronic transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. We never ask for your banking password, UPI PIN, card PIN, CVV or OTP.

Your choices

You may ask us to correct inaccurate information, withdraw a non-mandatory consent or request deletion where retention is not legally or contractually required. Withdrawal or deletion may limit our ability to continue a requested service.
